Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Because we are a small business and all of our products are homemade, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time. If you find that there is something wrong with your order within 24 hours of receiving it, please contact us and we will try our best to make it right for you.
Can you custom size a bandana?
We aim to have all of our fabrics pre-cut for inventory before each launch, so therefore we will not be doing custom sizing at this time. If you would like to add extra snaps to make your bandana fit smaller, feel free to let me know in the notes at checkout or send me a DM on IG with how many inches you would like the extra snaps to snap at. Please note that snaps can only be added to make the bandana snap smaller than the default snaps that are already provided. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to me!
What is your processing time?
Our current processing time (the time from when you order to when it's ready to be shipped) will be 7-14 days. You will receive an order & shipping confirmation via email or the Shopify app so you can track your package!
How long will shipping take?
Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, shipping time will be out of our control. Standard shipping within the U.S. is 3-5 business days. USPS may be experiencing delays due to the ongoing pandemic, so please keep that in mind as well.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! However, we are not responsible for covering any custom or duty fees.
